This Terms of Use agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the individual or legal entity using the site) and Medical Mission Adventures (“MMA”), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Terms of Use government your access to and use of the site. If you are helping another person use the site, these terms constitute a legally binding agreement between both the helper and the person being helped and MMA. By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the site.

1.     Limitations on Use.  You may download or copy downloadable items displayed on the site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use and access the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use any device, program, script, algorithm, or similar process, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, including but not limited to, the account of any other authorized user or any other systems connected to the service. You may not use the site in an unlawful manner or in a manner that could damage, disparage, or otherwise negatively impact MMA.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE LIMITATION ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

3.     Other Disclaimers.  Content on the site is not intended to substitute for professional advice of any kind. In particular, nothing contained on the site should be considered, or used as a substitute for, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4.     Limitation of Liability.  MMA and its affiliates, suppliers, licensors, and other third parties mentioned or linked to on the site are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages relating in any way to the site whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Your sole remedy for dissatisfactory with the site is to stop using the site.

5.     Links to other sites.  MMA may provide links, in its sole discretion, to other sites. MMA is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their contents. MMA expressly disclaims any responsibility for the content, materials, accuracy of information and/or quality of products or services provided by any third party. 

6.     Revisions, changes, and updates.  Although MMA attempts to maintain the integrity of the information on the site, we make no guarantees as to its correctness, completeness, or accuracy. MMA may revise the information on the site, including these Terms of Use, without notice to you. MMA may also make improvements and/or changes to the site at any time without notice. We encourage you to periodically read these Terms of Use to see if there have been any changes that may affect you.

7.     Privacy Policy.  You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the operation of certain programs, services, or information on this site may require the submission, use and dissemination of personal identifying information. We take the security and confidentiality of your personal identifying information very seriously. We will never sell, trade, or share your personal identifying information, whether collected online or offline nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations unless you have given us specific permission to do so. However, we may disclose personal identifying information to third-party service providers, such as payment processing and data storage and processing facilities, that assist MMA in its work. We limit the personal identifying information available to these service providers to only what is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions. 

8.     Choice of law.  These Terms of Use are governed by California law.

9.     Reservation of rights.  MMA may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site or services at any time. MMA reserves all rights not granted in these Terms of Use.
