What we do
Free care for the whole person
Every service offered at our mobile and pop-up clinics is provided at no cost to the patient, including medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and wellness services, along with referrals to trusted community partners when specialized or ongoing care is needed.

Medical Care
We provide compassionate and skilled primary care through licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals. Services include comprehensive health evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, health education, and referrals to specialty care when advanced services are needed.
To promote early detection and disease prevention, we offer on-site preventive screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, anemia, and other common health risks. When additional care is needed, we connect patients with trusted community partners for mammograms, prenatal and pediatric care, immunizations, laboratory testing, women’s health services, STD testing, and other essential healthcare resources, helping ensure continuity of care beyond the clinic.
Dental Care
We provide patient-centered, high-quality oral healthcare through licensed dentists, registered dental hygienists, registered dental assistants, and other dental specialists. Services include comprehensive dental evaluations, digital X-rays, preventive cleanings, fillings, extractions, and same-day treatment for urgent dental concerns such as toothaches, infections, and oral pain.
When appropriate, we also provide therapeutic procedures to stabilize dental emergencies and preserve teeth whenever possible. For patients requiring more advanced care, we coordinate referrals through our network of community partners for services such as root canals, crowns, bridges, oral surgery, and other specialized dental treatments, helping ensure continuity of care beyond the clinic.

Vision Care
We provide comprehensive, personalized eye care through licensed optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians, and trained vision care volunteers. Services include comprehensive eye examinations, vision screenings, prescriptions for eyeglasses, and on-site dispensing of prescription eyewear when available. We utilize a state-of-the-art digital retinal imaging camera to screen for vision-threatening conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
Because this advanced technology does not require pupil dilation, patients can avoid temporary blurred vision, making it easier and safer to return to work, school, or home without needing someone else to drive them. When advanced evaluation or treatment is needed, we connect patients with trusted specialty eye care providers to ensure continuity of care.
Mental Health & Wellness Care
Providing trauma-informed therapy, behavioral health services, resilience groups, and community-based workshops, physical activities, and recreational experiences that promote emotional well-being, strengthen social ties, and foster connection. These opportunities help individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and access specialized care when needed.

Care is provided at no cost and is available to everyone, regardless of insurance coverage or documentation status.
