Our clinics begin with local relationships. Churches, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations know their neighborhoods best, so we come alongside them to bring free, excellent healthcare where it is needed most.

When you host a FACH clinic, you help create a trusted place where neighbors can receive medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health care, often with volunteers and partners from the community itself.

Host Sponsorship Includes:

Host Sponsorship Donation

To help make each clinic possible, we ask host organizations to provide a Host Sponsorship Donation. The sponsorship amount is reviewed and determined annually to reflect the rising costs of delivering high-quality care.

Importantly, the requested sponsorship represents approximately 10% of the actual cost of producing a full community health clinic. The remaining costs are covered through donors, partners, grants, and other community support.

Your sponsorship helps offset the cost of medical supplies, medications, laboratory testing, vision and dental services, volunteer support, equipment, and operational expenses required to bring a high-quality clinic into your neighborhood.

Together, this shared investment allows us to keep care free to people who would otherwise delay or not get care at all.
