WHO WE ARE
In 2010 Medical Mission Aventures (MMA) received its Mobile Medical bus and soon after began providing free medical clinics in churches, public parks and other facilities throughout the Southern California region. The success of these clinics was tremendous, providing many thousands of individuals with medical, dental and optical care.
At the beginning and throughout 2021, we converted our medical mobile unit to a mobile vaccine clinic going into the inner city and under-resourced areas of LA County to vaccinate thousands of individuals.
In 2022, MMA joined forces with the Southern California chapter of Acts of Mercy International to bring disaster relief globally.
Medical Mission Adventures is a fully licensed mobile medical clinic, and is registered as a first responder with FEMA, the State of California and the County of Los Angeles in the event of a natural disaster.
OUR MEDICAL FLEET
Our Mobile Medical Clinic is fully equipped to support three doctors and exam areas. It has ample storage for all of our medications and associated equipment.
Our Optical Van carries our supply of reading glasses and the equipment needed by our optical staff to perform eye examinations.
Our Dental Trailer is a much-needed vehicle as dental is usually our most requested service. This will allow our dental professionals to work in a temperature-controlled environment with better lighting. It can support up to four dental stations.
